ASIA Vulnerability Assessment leader DragonSoft Awarded CVE-Compatibility Certificate

An awards ceremony was held in the Vendor Track Presentation Theater at the Computer Security Institute's (CSI) 31st Annual Computer Security Conference and Exhibition, November 8, 2004 in Washington, D.C., USA, to present Certificates of CVE Compatibility to the organizations that have achieved this final phase.
There are 10 security organizations, which include DragonSoft, eEye, ISS, Symantec, Trend Micro (by alphabet), received Certificates of CVE Compatibility. These CVE Compatible products include Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and Alert Service. DragonSoft is the first and only Taiwan security developer received this certificate among 125 security vendors in the world.
DragonSoft is not only the vulnerability assessment leader in Taiwan, but also the booming security developer in Asia. DragonSoft creates exclusive "Chinese/English Bilingual Vulnerability Database" which includes thousands of vulnerability information and hundreds of technical article. Furthermore, DragonSoft announced establishment of Asia Vulnerability Alert Center (A-VAC) with CLARA ONLINE (Japan) in July, 2004. A-VAC provides a platform for security vulnerability alert and the public can share and search the security vulnerability information from it.
DragonSoft focus on developing security standard and spreading security vulnerability knowledge. In order to improve the network security technology and help to build up the security cooperation relationship, DragonSoft provides much free security alert service, which is always charged a lot by other company.
